基于SSM的学生公寓后勤管理系统的设计与实现-计算机毕业设计

摘 要

随着信息技术的发展，管理系统越来越成熟，各种企事业单位使用各种类型的管理系统来提高工作效率，从而降低手工劳动的弊端。我国政府一直以来都非常重视教育事业的发展，近几年来高校学生人数逐渐增加，学校对公寓学生信息、报修、设施信息的管理也愈发的困难。因此，高校提出通过开发公寓管理系统来优化管理方案，对公寓信息进行全方位的在线管理，通过系统跟踪学生公寓的各项状态，学生也可以通过系统查询公寓的奖惩通报信息。

学生公寓后勤管理系统是使用Java开发的一款管理系统，数据存储到MySQL数据库中，前台使用vue对界面进行设计和实现。本文先充分调查学生公寓后勤管理系统的需求分析，深入剖析系统应有的功能，并设计完善的数据库。利用成熟的开发技术完成编码工作，最后进行投入前的测试工作。最终，完成前端和后端的学生公寓后勤管理系统的功能，主要包括通知公告管理、学生管理、公寓信息管理、公寓安排管理、失物招领管理、学生报修管理、报修处理管理、奖惩通报管理、公寓卫生管理等，通过前后台实现数据的传递。

Abstract

With the development of information technology, the management system is becoming more and more mature. Various enterprises and institutions use various types of management systems to improve work efficiency, thus reducing the disadvantages of manual labor.In recent years, the number of college students has gradually increased, and the management of apartment student information, repair application, and facility information has become increasingly difficult. Therefore, colleges and universities have proposed to optimize the management plan by developing the apartment management system, and carry out all-round online management of apartment information. Through the system, students can track the status of student apartments, and students can also query the information of rewards and punishments of apartments through the system.

The student apartment logistics management system uses a management system developed by Java to store data in MySQL, and the front desk uses vue to design and implement the interface. This paper first fully investigates the demand analysis of the student apartment logistics management system, deeply analyzes the functions that the system should have, and designs a perfect database. Use mature development technology to complete the coding work, and finally carry out the test work before the investment. Finally, complete the functions of the student apartment logistics management system at the front and back ends, mainly including notice announcement management, student management, apartment information management, apartment arrangement management, lost and found management, student repair application management, repair application processing management, reward and punishment notification management, apartment sanitation management, etc., and realize data transmission through the front and back ends.

本系统运用面向对象设计理念，使用springboot框架、vue技术开发学生公寓后勤管理系统。根据功能设计，数据库设计架构设计，最后通过功能测试完成系统的测试，根据研究的内容模块设计了六大章节。
